- A 50% deposit of the entire stay is required to confirm a booking. Reservations are guaranteed in writing after the payment has been received. The balance is payable before/on the actual day of checking in.

Cancellations
- For cancellations made 0 – 7 days before the actual arrival date, 100% of the entire stay is payable.
- For cancellations on arrival or during the stay, the full payment due will be levied. No show will result in 100% of the stay levied.
- In the event of premature departure, the charge of the full extent of stay will be levied.
- Cancellation 0 -13 days before the date of arrival, or no show will result in 100% of the deposit forfeited.
- Cancellation 14 – 21 days before the date of arrival will result in 50% of the deposit forfeited.
- Cancellation 22 days or more prior to arrival – deposit fully refundable.
- On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, Execustay will refund the applicable amount within 7 days. A 15% administration fee on ay refunds will be charged.
